I am Support Coach and Life Strategist

I am a graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor Degree in Interpersonal Communications and Arts. I received a certification from Stew Berman an ICF Graduate and mentor for over 30 years. For the last 20 years I have been researching for the clues to life’s purpose and the validation of what would drive me forward. Always “trying” instead of finding what worked.

Through that search I found meditation, done Qigong(chi-gong), Read many books, travelled with my family, attended synagogues, Mosques, Buddhist temples and Catholic ceremonies. I spoke to therapists and “natural holistic medicine experts”. I have participated in Martial Arts, played kickball, soccer and even did a backflip on a trampoline when I should not have because I defined myself by what I could do but not what I am.

I found that we are all exactly where we choose to be. That detaching from a destination relieves us from the belief that we are failing. As there is nothing that NEEDS to be done in this lifetime.

I am conscious of my nutrition and physical health. I enjoy video games and I play the guitar when I want to celebrate. When I began this journey I still felt like I was missing something. It wasn’t until I focused on a few of my core values that my mind and body began to relax. Are you missing something? If so reach out and see if we are a good fit to discover your next step.

  • Defeat False Based Thoughts & Beliefs

As a Life Coach my job is to show up and share the best self I can with you. I am your ally and I will share that there are beliefs that hold us back from being our best self. They represent thoughts we created in our mind from experiences. We must detach from those to find freedom in our intentions.

  • Perspective & Self Awareness

Is it true we have no choices? That we have no options whatsoever in life? Perhaps our perspective needs to be changed from a different viewpoint. How is what you are doing now benefitting your life if you are unhappy? What can we steps can we take either personally, professionally or physically to help you be who you want to be?

  • Listen and be present

Listening to someone is very different then hearing them. As a Life Coach I was trained to listen with my heart. to be supportive and empathetic to what I am hearing. It does not mean I will believe the story as it is coming from your perspective. My job is to hear you, follow you down through the belief and help you to understand that something deeper is present.

  • Everyone can grow either, professionally, physically or personally. which one do you want to feel better about?

  • How can you move forward with this change? What is holding you back from achieving the satisfied you?

  • Finding out what your “why” is makes the transition easier. What is your why for making this change?

Forget the “should” and “should not’s”

I did not take the time to notice what brought happiness and contentment. I did not notice the feelings of depression and low self worth. I was not making the distinction between self and what I was doing. I was living unconsciously through bad eating, bad habits and bad communication. Through the delving of books, interpersonal communication practices and modules implemented by life’s many teachers I have found that through our goal setting, false based beliefs, we lose who we are. As a coach I am here to help YOU re-evaluate what defines your self. I will coach you to live a more conscious existence so that you can continue to be whole, creative and resourceful. To notice all that is you and to be able to decipher your feelings and how they do not define you.
